Unless otherwise stated, SliceLine and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on SliceLine's website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from sliceline.ca for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website or mobile app are subject to acceptance by SliceLine. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order placement are the current prices. Payment must be made at the time of order using the payment methods we accept.

Delivery

SliceLine aims to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, traffic, and high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.

Delivery Areas

Our delivery service is available only in select areas. You can check if your address is within our delivery area by entering your postal code on our website or app. Additional delivery fees may apply based on your location.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of any color will be accurate, and we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

These terms shall be governed by and defined according to the laws of British Columbia, Canada. SliceLine and you irrevocably consent that the courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
